National Museum of Armaments
Originally opened in 1971 in a building that was once part of the prison. The current exhibition span Albanian weapons from 1912 to the end of the Second world war, and a large portion of the Museum dedicated to the partisan struggle against the Italian and German occupying forces between 1939 and 1944.

Bachelors ‘ mosque (Xhamia e Beqarëve), formerly the mosque of Suleiman Pasha, is a cultural monument of Albania. It became a cultural monument in 1961. It has two floors and arcades on three sides. The mosque has a low minaret. The paintings inside the mosque date from the years 1927-1928.

Partisan Heroines monument
Situated in the main square is a stone monument depicting two young women standing heroically with nooses around their necks. The Monument pays tribute to two teenage girls, Bule Naipi and Persefoni Kokëdhima, who were partisans during World War II and were hanged by the Nazis in 1944.

Monument to Mother Teresa-a small bronze statue of a Catholic Saint, canonized. The monument is set on Mother Teresa square near the building of the Polytechnic University.

The Resurrection of Christ Orthodox Cathedral of Tirana (Albanian:Katedralja “Ngjallja e Krishtit”) is an Albanian Orthodox cathedral in Tirana, Albania. The construction of the building, south-west of Tirana Center Plaza, was completed in 2012.
